Frequently Asked questions

If i accidentally leave my dog in My backyard on my service day will my pool still be serviced?

High Maintenance Pool Service requests that pets be removed from the pool area on your service day to avoid any possible conflicts that may arise. I ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding pets and I will make every attempt to clean it on another day that same week.

Will my pool be serviced if it falls on a holiday?

If your service day falls on a holiday aside from Thanksgiving or Christmas I will make every attempt to clean it on another day that same week. If your day of service lands on Thanksgiving or Christmas your pool will not be serviced and your bill will not be adjusted. There are 3 months in the year that have 5 weeks and I do not charge extra for the 5th week.

Will my pool be serviced on A day that there is advers wEather conditiOns?

It seems as though Southern California doesn't experience all four seasons but some weather conditions beyond my control may also cause a missed service day periodically throughout the year. All customers affected by one of these incidents will be informed with a courtesy call or text if that is the case. If your service day falls on a day when it is raining High Maintenance Pool Service will strictly only be testing/adding chemicals and emptying the pump and skimmer basket.

If I don’t have an autofill will High Maintenance Pool Service fill my pool with water for me?

Automatic water fill systems are your responsibility NOT High Maintenance Pool Service. If they malfunction your water bill is not the responsibility of High Maintenance Pool Service. Customers who do not have automatic water fill systems must add water to the pool on a weekly basis and keep water level at least 2" above the skimmer opening. If you fail to add water to the pool and the pool system malfunctions due to this you are solely responsible for any damage that may occur to the pool equipment, NOT High Maintenance Pool Service.
